Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Accountant to manage vendor payments and ensure accurate recording of expenses related to security services, facility operations, maintenance, and subcontracted manpower.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review supplier and subcontractor invoices for security, cleaning, maintenance, and facility services.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and service completion confirmations.
  • Maintain vendor accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare payment schedules and execute payments in line with company policies.
  • Ensure VAT accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Track costs by site, project, or client contract.
  • Support month-end closing and prepare AP aging reports.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in facility management, security services, or real estate industry.
  • Good knowledge of VAT and service contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
