Job Title: General Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable General Accountant to handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. This role covers core accounting functions excluding payroll and ensures compliance with Qatar regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and record financial transactions

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

• Perform bank, cash, and supplier reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisions

• Assist during audits and ensure proper documentation

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Qatar regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge of accounting principles and local compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail
