Job Overview – PaymentAnalyst(French-speaking)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and supportsitespayment processesforour clinical trials.You will help make sure payments are processed correctly and on time, and assist with basic financial tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Help managehospitalspayments for different projects.
- Communicate with international colleagues,sites, and project teamsto support payment activities.
- Check and follow up on delayed invoices.
- Make sure payment data is correct and complete.
- Support with basic financial checks and reports.
- Help internal teams solve simple payment-related issues.
- Keep documents organized and updated.
- Work with team members to meet shared goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills; training will be provided.
- Fluent French is required.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and appetite for managing invoicing with hospitals !
