Skilled in Payment Systems and integrations Fraud Prevention, Chargebacks

Responsibilities
-
Investigating any appeals from banks and carry out necessary charge-back processes
-
Investigating any fraud attempts by the fraud prevention tool
-
Controlling and approving refund requests
-
Controlling of sales related internal department processes
-
Management of COSO(internal control methodology) procedures and follow up monthly/quarterly checklist processes
-
Improvement and implementation of Internal audit processes in the department
-
Monitoring daily credit limit operations, check bank statements and agency credit movements
-
Performing the necessary controls all payments which appeals made by all customers, sending them information and documents to solve the issue
-
For the sales made via reservation system with direct debit payment possibilities, comparing the daily report taken from the sales log files with the reports drawn from the contractual acquirer and making sure there is a ticket corresponding each transaction
-
Performing the necessary checks of the appeals made by the credit card holders to the banks, contacting the card holder via their communication information, trying to make sure they withdraw their appeal and presenting the necessary documents to the bank
-
Investigating any payment charge information requests made by other departments (Customer Relations, Legal Departments etc)

Performing all of the test processes of the version changes, the developments in PSS,

Check the used commission rates for the reported transactions
