What you’ll do


"• Act as a product lead of Vodafone Pay mobile app, wallet and prepaid cards products and lead the business by establishing new customer journeys, challenging current performances, delivering new ideas, and focusing on all aspects of the business


  • Be responsible to achieve annual financial targets regarding the company’s strategy and Vodafone Pay App/Emoney/Prepaid Cards product vision
o Develop forecasts for KPI’s
o Prepare product roadmap and development plans according to fiscal year targets
o Track main KPIs’such as monthly active user, transaction, volume and revenue

  • Manage new product/service development processes within the framework of Vodafone Pay's strategic business plan and ensure the successful completion of projects.
o Clarify the scope of projects and requests, monitoring end-to-end processes. managing the product lifecycle and monitoring KPIs.
o Generate, research and integrate new product ideas.
o Monitor sectoral developments and taking necessary actions based on product and competitive analysis.
o Playing an active role in product-related solution development processes and working closely with the software development team.
o Effectively collaborate with project stakeholders such as Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal and all third parties or strategic partners and execute projects within the defined outputs, go2market plans inc channel readiness/care.

  • Track closely regulatory requirements (TCMB, BKM, MASAK, etc) and coordinate required developments into business, commercially the most optimum way
  • Constantly look for new partnerships and business models to increase overall business performance and profitability both within Vodafone and in the market
  • Identify potential new opportunities or enhancements to existing product functionalities
  • Continuously improve the UI and UX of the platforms with customer experience teams and improve customer journeys through reducing customer support needs and proactively manage customer issues
  • Build strong relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for the related services.
  • Follow global and local market trends to determine customer needs, insights and analyze competitors products, communicate competitive threats and opportunities
  • Experience with payments system,web and mobile app, fintech ecosystem in terms of product development and IT processes is a huge asset,"

Who you are


  • Experience in payment systems issuing products is a must
  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development (iOS, Android) and mobile user experience optimization;
  • Experience in product management, project management methodologies and implementing end-to-end product development lifecycle processes;
  • Highly focused on work, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Strong ability in planning, reporting and analyzing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
