Daraz Payments powers seamless financial transactions across the Daraz ecosystem, enabling millions of customers and partners to transact safely and efficiently. As we expand our footprint across South Asia, our mission is to innovate within the fintech space, strengthen partnerships with banks and payment networks, and enhance digital payment solutions across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate insights that support strategic decision-making across the payments and fintech ecosystem.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of key payment partners, including banks, wallet providers, and fintech solutions, across all markets.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key metrics for digital payments, wallet adoption, transaction success rates, and customer engagement.
• Support cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial) with actionable insights to enhance payment success and user experience.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regional markets, providing data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and drive growth.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate new digital payment initiatives and assess their impact on user behavior and revenue performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by collaborating closely with tech and data engineering teams.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Payments Analytics, preferably within fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital goods, wallet ecosystems, and online payment products.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with regional payment landscapes across South Asia is an added advantage.
