Job responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly NTB clients’ sales targets of payroll banking
  • Achieve the assigned new payroll deals target
  • Targets strong focus on acquiring new payroll relations with other business lines
  • Achieves all KPI standards that include face-to-face visits & relationship management, besides monthly financial targets
  • Joint visits with the corporate team for closing New Payroll Deals
  • Joint visits with the branches within the region for closing New Payroll Deals
  • Present and acquire premium payroll banking customers for the Bank & provide services to these potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner


Qualifications:

  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
  • Required minimum 5 years of experience in banking with focus on Sales, Relationship Management and Customers retail business acquisition
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or account management role, demonstrating an ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
