Job Summary

The Payroll & Personnel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing payroll operations and personnel administration to ensure accurate employee compensation, compliance with labor laws, and efficient workforce record management. The role supports HR operations by maintaining employee data integrity, managing attendance and payroll cycles, and ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and on-time payment.
  • Review attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
  • Maintain and control employee personnel files and HR records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding documentation (contracts, forms, clearances).
  • Coordinate with finance and HR departments regarding payroll and headcount reports.
  • Respond to employee payroll and personnel inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare periodic payroll, manpower, and personnel reports for management review.
  • Support audits by providing payroll and employee documentation when required.
  • Monitor changes in payroll legislation and recommend necessary system or policy updates.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration, with supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and attendance management.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
