【Job Duties】

  • Prepare/Review and process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time, utilizing payroll software.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, and other relevant data to ensure accurate calculation of wages.
  • Reviewed and applied changes to benefits & allowance policies to the eligible employees.
  • Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee information is up to date.
  • Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to address, manage and resolve issues and queries efficiently and timely.
  • Review and process third party remittance payments.
  • Maintain employee personal accounts such as deduction & reimbursement.
  • Prepare End of services calculations for leavers in compliance with Saudi Labour law.
  • Follow internal payroll processes & SOP’s and recommend improvements and changes where needed.
  • Initiate and support process improvements within payroll to align with corporate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring payroll system is up to date and in compliance with local requirements.
  • Audit payroll reports for each payroll run to confirm accuracy.
  • Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Prepare month & year end government tax documents and various year end payroll reports as requested and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units.
  • Support with payroll system implementation (if any).
  • Perform complete data transformation prior to migration to payroll system (if any).
  • End to End testing and review of system updates and configurations.


【Requirements】

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • 4 years+ in global immigration operations (in-house or consultancy)
  • Fluent in English is must required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
