Job Purpose:

The Payroll Lead oversees end-to-end payroll operations in SAP to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation. This role manages payroll governance, system optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with labor laws, internal policies, and audit standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Maintain payroll controls, audits, and documentation in line with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Manage SAP Payroll configuration, issue resolution, and system enhancements in coordination with IT.
• Oversee GOSI, WPS, final settlements, deductions, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and GL interfaces in collaboration with Finance.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve employee or stakeholder issues professionally and efficiently.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives within payroll operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position.
