Payroll Assistant Team Member

Set up files and records on the payroll system for newly hired employees including name, address, hire date, occupation, pay rate, taxes, exemptions, possible direct deposit, all sick, personal time accruals, report writing, all other functions of the current system

Maintain payroll records involving the following; reviewing personnel records to determine rates of pay, pay increases, promotion, demotions, transfers, and discharges.

Receive, review, and reconcile time records for specific workplaces.

Post payroll data to the biweekly payroll system.

Receive payroll checks and review for accuracy

Interpret company payroll policy to employees and enforce payroll policies and procedures.

Employment Specifics:
Full Time Position

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
