About the Role
We are looking for a
Payroll Associate
to support our payroll operations across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a Finance degree and initial experience in payroll to gain hands-on exposure to payroll processing, HR benefits, and financial reporting.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in
payroll processing
and ensure timely salary payments.

Calculate
employee contributions
and deductions in compliance with local regulations.

Support the administration of
HR benefits
(including DEWS and flexible benefits).

Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in HR & payroll systems.

Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to resolve payroll-related queries.

Assist in compliance checks and reporting for payroll audits.

Work with Excel to manage payroll data and generate reports.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Requirements

Finance degree or equivalent.

Strong Excel skills (data management, formulas, and basic reporting).

At least internship experience in payroll or finance-related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
