PwC Turkey Tax Reporting & Strategy Services serves its clients in order to meet their outsourcing needs like accounting, payroll, management reporting and others.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Payroll Consultant who wants to move beyond routine payroll processing and build strong expertise in payroll operations, labor law, and payroll systems.

What you will do

• Take an active role in payroll processes for corporate clients
• Prepare, review, and control payroll calculations including overtime, leave, and severance provisions
• Manage employment commencement and termination procedures in compliance with Turkish labor legislation
• Prepare and submit monthly declarations and reports for SSI (SGK), District Labor Office, and İŞKUR
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll reporting using payroll software and Excel
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and efficiency initiatives within payroll operations

What we are looking for

• University degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations
• Solid knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and SSI regulations
• Strong command of MS Excel; experience with payroll software is required
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow as a payroll professional
• No military obligation for male candidates
