Payroll Associate

One of our clients is seeking a dependable Payroll Processor.

This is a long-term, full-time temporary opportunity where you will earn up to $23/hour based on your experience. This position will start in April and go through August.

To qualify, you must be able to work in a deadline-oriented environment and have the following:

• Excellent computer skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft (Excel)
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in deadline-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus

Some of your responsibilities as Payroll Processor will include:

• Entering information (Hours, Mileage, Reimbursements)
• Processing and preparing payroll and final settlements
• Auditing driver settlements for multiple operations
• Working with operations
• Providing customer service
• Working with both external and internal customers
• Researching and correcting errors
• Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures regarding pay structure and pay codes
• Preparing and auditing inputs into the system
