Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent Excel skills and the ability to manage payroll tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate salary sheets, reports, and summaries using Excel
  • Assist with payroll documentation and file management
  • Support HR/Accounts team with related tasks

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Strong command on Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)
  • Basic understanding of payroll calculations
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Salary: Based on experience
