TriFit Limited – Head Office (DHA Phase 8, Karachi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll through ERP systems with complete accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution.
  • Maintain and verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and all applicable deductions.
  • Coordinate closely with the Finance Department for salary disbursement, reconciliations, and related documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions, company policies, and applicable labor laws.
  • Support salary reviews, rewards programs, HR analytics, and the preparation of periodic HR reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / BBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong command of Excel and familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong analytical skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
