Job Summary
The Payroll Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and optimizing payroll and timekeeping processes, systems, and data. This role serves as a liaison between Payroll, HR, IT, and business units to ensure accurate payroll processing, system integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations. The Analyst identifies process improvements, resolves system and payroll issues, and supports reporting and decision-making through data analysis.
This position works in a fast-paced, deadline driven payroll environment. The position may require extended hours during payroll cycles.

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
