Payroll & Compensation Specialist (Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore)

T. M. Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Payroll & Compensation Specialist to join our HR team.

If you are good with numbers, smart in decision-making, well-versed in labor laws, and have hands-on experience managing payroll and employee benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Payroll Analysis & Processing.
• Attendance, Leaves & Time Management
• Compensation & Benefits Administration
• EOBI, SESSI & PESSI Handling
• Employee Health & Life Insurance Management + Provident Fund Compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Compensation.
• Must have strong skills and hands-on experience in Payroll Analysis.
• Experience in handling ERP, SAP, or Odoo will be considered a plus.
