• Working Hours: Full-time (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift))
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Job Location: I-10/03, Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)

About the Role:

Virtelligence is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper

with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online, payroll processing, invoicing, and

reconciliations. This role is ideal for a dependable finance professional who thrives in a fast

paced environment and is comfortable supporting U.S.-based operations during night shift

hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks Online
• Process bi-weekly payroll using Paylocity and prepare payroll-related reports
• Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, and general ledger

updates

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare and manage client, vendor, contractor, C2C, and VMS invoices
• Track employee timesheets, expenses, and billing support documentation
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and prepaid expense schedules
• Maintain accurate Excel reports and support management with financial data
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all finance processes

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• Experience in payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience in an IT services, consulting, or software company is preferred
