Essential Functions:
  • Process a large volume of noncomplex payrolls
  • Act as primary payroll contact for all client questions
  • Act as a back-up to fellow team members that may not be available or where necessary to ensure the team completes daily payroll production
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining client company and employee data
  • Ability to assist clients with basic technology related support questions
  • Enter adjustment payrolls
  • Process QE & YE for client base
  • Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and timely documentation of all client calls
  • Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Service Bureau Payroll Experience
  • Customer Service / Problem Solving Skills
  • Relevant payroll platform is highly preferable but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
