Essential Functions:

Process a large volume of noncomplex payrolls
Act as primary payroll contact for all client questions
Act as a back-up to fellow team members that may not be available or where necessary to ensure the team completes daily payroll production
Responsible for updating and maintaining client company and employee data
Ability to assist clients with basic technology related support questions
Enter adjustment payrolls
Process QE & YE for client base
Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and timely documentation of all client calls
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ Service Bureau Payroll Experience
Customer Service / Problem Solving Skills
Relevant payroll platform is highly preferable but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
