Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Executive (Software) to join our dynamic HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing through payroll software, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete payroll cycle using payroll software.
• Ensure accurate data entry and validation of attendance, leaves, and deductions.
• Prepare monthly salary reports and coordinate with finance for disbursement.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records related to compensation.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax deductions, and EOBI/SS documentation.
• Generate reports for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll software (2–3 years).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent Excel and data-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
