Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes for our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with DEWS, DIFC regulations, and UAE labor compliance. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees in compliance with UAE and DIFC laws.
- Handle DEWS onboarding, contributions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, leave balances, and final settlements.
- Maintain and update employee records, salary changes, and payroll data.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related queries and approvals.
- Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure timely processing of WPS, bank uploads, DEWS contributions, and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in DIFC and UAE labor regulations impacting payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience in the UAE.
- Mandatory experience with DEWS and DIFC payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, leave policies, gratuity rules, and WPS.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with HR/payroll software.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
