Job Overview

We are hiring a Payroll Executive with strong experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). The role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and hands-on experience with Excel and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy
• Validate attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary inputs
• Calculate salary components, deductions, reimbursements
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS compliance & filings
• Maintain payroll records and employee master data
• Manage Full & Final Settlements for exited employees
• Coordinate with HR & Finance for reports and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / HR
• 1–3 years experience in payroll management
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS rules
• Proficient in MS Excel & payroll software
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and deadline-driven
