Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Accountant to handle payroll, HR calculations, and accounting-related HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll, overtime, leave salary, gratuity, and final settlements
Handle HR-related calculations as per UAE Labour Law
Maintain employee records, attendance, and WPS
Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, exits, and documentation
Assist with accounts entries related to salaries and staff expenses
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
Handle third party non payroll staff as well

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in HR accounting

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & HR calculations

Experience in payroll, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/HR software
