Payroll Officer

• Process end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce across multiple projects and shift rotations.
• Manage and extract daily attendance data using biometric systems, Preferebly Cosec.
• Administer employee data and execute payroll processing using ERP software, preferably Orion.
• Scrutinize timesheets, calculate overtime, and ensure zero-error payroll.
• Resolve employee salary inquiries.
• Require previous experience handling complex payroll structures, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
• Assist HR and site management with daily manpower allocation and personnel site transfers.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP - HR Module.

Language : English, Hindi (Preferred)

Visa : Transferable.
