PAYROLL - ASSISTANT ADMIN (HR)

Payroll Functions:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records (salary, allowances, deductions)
  • Calculate overtime, bonuses, leave encashments, and end-of-service benefits
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll funding and reconciliation
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
  • Handle employee payroll-related inquiries

Administrative / HR Support:

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with PRO for employee documentation (visa, IDs, etc.)
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (employment certificates, salary certificates, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
