Payroll Functions:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee payroll records (salary, allowances, deductions)
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, leave encashments, and end-of-service benefits
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with finance for payroll funding and reconciliation
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
- Handle employee payroll-related inquiries
Administrative / HR Support:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with PRO for employee documentation (visa, IDs, etc.)
- Assist in drafting HR letters (employment certificates, salary certificates, etc.)

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
