Hiring – Payroll Officer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Managing employee attendance, overtime, leave salary, deductions, and final settlements
- Handling WPS payroll processing in compliance with UAE regulations
- Preparing payroll reports, salary sheets, and reconciliation reports
- Coordinating with HR, Finance, and site teams regarding payroll updates
- Maintaining payroll records and employee salary information confidentially
- Verifying timesheets, allowances, incentives, and overtime calculations
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company payroll policies
- Handling end-of-service benefits calculations and leave encashment
- Resolving employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies
- Assisting in payroll audits and documentation preparation
- Maintaining accurate records of employee bank details and salary transfers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE Labour Law, and payroll procedures
- Experience in payroll software and HRMS systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle payroll independently and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Location: Sharjah
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
