Payroll Specialist

India

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing and administration
  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details and attendance records to maintain precise payroll records
  • Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
