Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details and attendance records to maintain precise payroll records
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
