RUWA Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and related HR and administrative functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage timesheets, attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions
  • Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and local labor requirements
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, Finance, and project teams
  • Support recruitment-related payroll documentation and onboarding records
  • Maintain and organize employee files and payroll records
  • Assist with invoicing and payroll-related cost tracking
  • Coordinate with manpower suppliers and process manpower requests and billing data
  • Handle payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks related to payroll operations
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of timesheets, attendance systems, and payroll computation
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll-related systems
