Payroll Specialist

Job Description:


Responsible for managing and processing payroll operations accurately and on time, including calculating salaries, allowances, deductions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.

Calculate allowances, bonuses, deductions, and overtime.

Review employee data and ensure accuracy before payroll processing.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data alignment.

Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Prepare periodic payroll reports.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Requirements:


Proven experience in payroll operations.

Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Experience using SAP system (especially payroll module).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

High level of accuracy and ability to handle confidential data.Job Description:
