Overview:
RSA is hiring an HR SR. Total Rewards Operatives to execute payroll processing, total rewards administration, benefits management, and HR policy implementation across a large. This is an execution-focused role — accuracy, compliance, and data integrity are the baseline expectations. The person must be comfortable handling high-volume data, working within structured processes, and communicating policy clearly to employees and internal stakeholders.
Payroll Operations

Lead end-to-end monthly payroll execution for a large, multi-nationality workforce — ensuring accuracy across allowances, deductions, overtime, end-of-service, and GOSI contributions

Drive payroll reconciliation with HR, attendance, and finance — identifying root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions

Act as the escalation point for payroll queries, resolving complex discrepancies and ensuring a clear audit trail

Ensure organizational compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and ZATCA — proactively identifying regulatory changes and translating them into operational updates

Own payroll records integrity and audit readiness — maintaining documentation standards that withstand internal and external scrutiny
Total Rewards & Benefits Administration

Lead the administration and continuous improvement of benefits programs across medical, housing, transportation, and leave entitlements for a diverse workforce

Manage benefits vendor relationships — driving performance accountability on renewals, eligibility changes, and claims resolution

Contribute to job evaluation processes using Mercer IPE or Korn Ferry Hay — applying grading methodology, maintaining salary structures, and supporting benchmarking with credible market data

Develop compensation analysis that informs leadership decisions: pay equity assessments, grade utilization, cost impact modeling, and market positioning reports

Drive the annual salary review and incentive cycles — from data architecture through validation, approval routing, and final distribution
Policy Implementation & Compliance

Serve as the subject matter authority on HR policies — providing consistent interpretation, guidance, and application across business units and workforce segments

Own the HR policy register — managing version control, approval workflows, and review cycles with full governance discipline

Lead policy rollout end-to-end: designing communication frameworks, briefing line managers, and producing employee-facing materials that drive understanding and adoption

Analyze compliance patterns across the organization, translating data into insights and escalating systemic risks with evidence-based recommendations

Contribute to policy development and revision — aligning content with regulatory shifts, organizational direction, and workforce needs
Data, Reporting & Systems

Design and maintain advanced HR dashboards and analytics frameworks in Excel — enabling real-time visibility into payroll cost, benefits utilization, and workforce trends

Lead HRIS data quality initiatives — conducting structured audits, resolving discrepancies, and enforcing data governance standards

Deliver strategic HR reporting to leadership: headcount analytics, compensation cost trends, turnover patterns, and benefits ROI

Apply data analysis to surface actionable insights — moving beyond reporting into interpretation that influences HR planning and decision-making
