About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll oversee the end-to-end payroll process — from maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with labour laws to administering rewards, increments, and benefits. You’ll collaborate closely with Human Capital and Finance teams to support compensation planning and ensure payroll operations align with company policies and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing in line with internal policies and UAE labour laws.

Maintain employee records within
Oracle Fusion
, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with Human Capital and Finance teams on compensation planning and budgeting.

Administer payroll adjustments, deductions, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.

Process annual bonuses, promotions, and increments based on performance appraisals.

Support the development and review of compensation and benefits policies.

Prepare reports, respond to audits, and provide guidance on payroll and benefits matters.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum
5 years’ experience
in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.

Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of
HR and payroll policies

UAE labour law
, and
HC systems
.

Proficiency in
Oracle Fusion
or similar HRIS software.

Excellent analytical, numerical, and time-management skills.

Clear communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
