PCB Testing Engineer

Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented PCB Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the performance of PCBs to ensure they meet quality and functional standards before production or shipment. Your expertise will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for delivering reliable and high-performance electronic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of PCBs using various testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Analyze test data, identify faults, and perform component-level troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.
• Develop, document, and update testing procedures and reports.
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all testing processes comply with company quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PCB testing or a similar role.
• Proficiency with testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, ICT, and functional test equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and testing methodologies.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
