PDI Engineer

• Experience : 06 Months - 1 year
• Salary : 16k to 17k in hand
• Job Description: Perform a final quality check on a vehicle or product before it's delivered to a customer, ensuring it meets all quality and safety standards. include conducting thorough mechanical inspections, identifying and rectifying defects, performing minor repairs, maintaining accurate records, and sometimes overseeing a team of technicians.
• Core responsibilities :
• Identify and resolve defects: Locate any defects, damage, or missing components and either fix them directly or coordinate with the service or production teams for repairs.
• Ensure quality: Verify that all vehicles adhere to company quality standards and complete all necessary inspections and repairs before final delivery.
• Perform minor repairs: Make minor adjustments or replace defective items as needed to bring the vehicle to a salable condition.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed logs of all inspection results, identified defects, and resolutions.
