Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
- Carry out thorough inspection of all new vehicles as per the manufacturer’s PDI checklist before delivery.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic aspects of the vehicle are checked and in proper working condition.
- Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies found during inspection.
- Quality Standards:
- Adhere to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and company standards during inspection and rectification.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and ready for delivery with all accessories fitted properly.
- Maintain a zero-defect policy for vehicles delivered to customers.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Complete and maintain accurate PDI checklists for every vehicle.
- Update job cards and system records with inspection and rectification details.
- Report any recurring issues or defects to the PDI Incharge / Service Manager for corrective actions.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely delivery schedules.
- Work closely with service and accessories teams for smooth workflow and vehicle readiness.
- Tools & Equipment:
- Properly use, maintain, and safeguard tools, testing equipment, and infrastructure provided for PDI work.
- Report any tool damage or calibration issues immediately.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all workshop safety procedures and wear PPE during work.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards before handover.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with new models, technologies, and PDI procedures.
- Provide feedback on common defects or process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
