Pediatric Dental Assistant

Overview - Looking for a RDA Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays! (8am-5pm)
We’re Lake Washington Pediatric Dentistry—an energetic, growing peds private practice located in a brand new, beautiful space in Rose Hill, right on the border of Kirkland and Redmond. Led by board-certified pediatric dentist Dr. Jenny-Lee Kramar, our office blends a warm, playful environment for kids with state-of-the-art care. Don’t just take our word for it - parents love us. What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking a dependable, upbeat Dental Assistant who truly enjoys working with children and families. Someone who can be silly with kids, happy chatting to parents, and calm under pressure. Someone who loves working with other team members (we're a pretty chill vibe, we help each other out, and are kind and courteous!). One of Dr Kramar's main goals is to create an amazing, fun, lovely place to work!

What You'll Do:

• Assist Dr. Kramar chairside during pediatric dental procedures including prophies and operative appointments
• Take digital x-rays and photos
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control
• Set up and break down treatment rooms
• Support patients and parents before, during, and after appointments
• Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction
• Assist with sealants, impressions, and post-op care
• Help maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming environment

What You Bring:

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant license (required)
• Pediatric dental experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person!)
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Friendly, confident communication with kids and caregivers
• A great sense of humor and lots of patience
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
