Pediatric Dentist/ General Dentist who treats Pediatric Patients

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist that likes to treat pediatric patients to join our dental practice. Pay will start at 1,200 per day or 35% of collections. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and possess a comprehensive understanding of various dental procedures. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance patient care and office efficiency.
• Provide education to patients regarding oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license and board certification.
• Experience with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation practices.
• Strong skills in four-handed dentistry and familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
• Understanding of infection control standards and procedures within a clinical setting.
