Duties

• Perform patient intake by collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Measure and record vital signs such as weight, height, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates for pediatric patients
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures including medication administration and basic wound care
• Support physicians during examinations in outpatient clinic
• Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and manage inventory of medical supplies
• Support care teams by providing efficient patient service and ensuring smooth patient flow
