Pediatric Physical Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Dallas field team. This is a full-time salaried position that focuses on providing high-quality, individualized therapy services to children in a home-based setting within a define coverage area.

Our model is commercial insurance only. No Medicare. No Medicaid. No OASIS. Therapists are able to focus on clinical care and outcomes without the administrative burden associated with traditional home health documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers an annual salary ranging from 90,000 to 100,000 with mileage reimbursement. Eligible employees become eligible for company sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, with 70 percent of premiums employer paid for the employee and family. Paid time off is included. You will be supported by experienced clinical leadership and coordinated scheduling.

Onboarding

During onboarding, clinicians complete a full week of in office orientation covering skills validation, EMR training, policy and compliance review, badge issuance, scrub distribution, and equipment orientation to ensure readiness and consistency in the field.

Responsibilities
The Pediatric Physical Therapist will evaluate and assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, communicate with physicians, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed and complete documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications
Active Texas PT license in good standing required. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and independent practice skills are essential.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
