Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Consultant with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to join our dynamic pediatric team. The consultant will be responsible for managing critically ill neonates and children, leading emergency interventions, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and children in NICU & PICU
• Lead diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of pediatric emergencies
• Perform and oversee clinical procedures (intubation, ventilation, etc.)
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Counsel parents and families with compassion and clarity
• Maintain updated patient records and participate in clinical audits

Qualifications:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics
• Fellowship or experience in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care (preferred)
• Valid medical registration (MCI or State Medical Council)
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in NICU/PICU settings
