About The Role:
The People & Culture Specialist acts as a culture and engagement ambassador, responsible for executing employee
experience, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-
performing workplace. The role supports the delivery of programs that strengthen employee experience, foster belonging,
and deepen connection to the Dsquares brand.
Requirements
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives and support delivery of the annual People Plan and objectives.
- Support the design and execution of employee experience, recognition, culture and DEI initiatives that enhance engagement and belonging.
- Coordinate internal events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Coordinate cross-cluster programs, townhalls, employee events, and innovation initiatives.
- Design and oversee implementation of DEIB, cultural, and wellness communications and calendars.
- Coordinate and activate Culture Champion networks to ensure proactive employee involvement.
- Support the execution of the People & Culture communications strategy, including key messaging, channels, and tactics.
- Develop and manage People & Culture content including campaigns, newsletters, announcements, intranet content, emails, videos, and presentations.
- Support employer branding and EVP initiatives, including candidate experience and employer brand touchpoints.
- Act as a champion for People & Culture systems, including employee management and performance management tools.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills (English & Arabic)
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messages
- Basic design, editing and photography skills is a plus
- Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in People & Culture, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, or Corporate Communications.
