Job Objective:
The
People Coordinator
will support core HR operations, including payroll, personnel administration, and HRIS management. This role acts as a key liaison for employee queries, assists with reporting and compliance, and helps streamline HR processes in collaboration with the wider HR team. Success in this role requires a genuine passion for people’s operations, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of integrity when handling sensitive information and supporting employee needs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.

Support the tracking and reporting of HR KPIs to help monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts in collaboration with relevant departments.

Assist in the rollout and monitoring of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

Prepare and organize HR documentation and ensure proper filing and compliance with internal standards.

Maintain and administer the HRIS platform (Workday) to ensure smooth functionality and data integrity

Liaise with government and public agencies for JAFZA visa processing and other regulatory requirements.

Liaise with insurance providers to manage employee benefits and ensure alignment with company policies and service standards.

Monitor and track renewals of employee documents and other compliance-related items.

Schedule and support employee training programs and development initiatives.

Handle complex employee queries and prepare relevant reports or correspondence as needed.

Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and administration of employment terms.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive HR matters and documentation.

Support workforce planning by helping maintain and update resource plans across business units.

Actively contribute to HR initiatives, including employee engagement and wellness campaigns.

Independence
: Reporting to the HR Manager; Operating with broad objectives and with independent choice of methods in line with the division’s mission statement.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR support or coordination role.

Self-driven with a proactive mindset, flexible, and a strong team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Basic design skills (e.g., poster creation) are a plus.

Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
