ABOUT THE ROLE


As People & Culture Executive, you’ll be both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator — supporting everything from talent acquisition to employee experience, L&D programs, and HR systems. You’ll play a key role in embedding Reflo’s future-focused approach to People & Culture, ensuring every employee feels supported, inspired, and set up to thrive.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles, ensuring we hire with foresight (today’s hires = tomorrow’s skills).
  • Partner with managers to define role briefs, interview processes, and skills radar alignment.
  • Support delivery of our Future Talent Programs (internships & graduate hires).
  • Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding.


Culture, Engagement & Storytelling

  • Support Reflo’s recognition, celebration, and engagement programs.
  • Partner with Marketing to highlight employee stories, ambassador impact, and our Annual Huddle.
  • Champion Reflo’s benefits, flexible working model, and progressive culture.


Learning, Development & Performance

  • Play a key role in implementing Lattice across OKRs, feedback, recognition, and career tracks.
  • Help launch and scale Reflo Academy , peer-to-peer learning sessions, upskilling opportunities and sustainability/innovation bootcamps.
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure growth plans are live, updated, and actionable.


People Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and elevated employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance with UK and UAE labour law.
  • Partner with Finance on updates and reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for People queries.


ABOUT YOU


ESSENTIALS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in People/HR roles, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and generalist HR, preferably in apparel/retail, sports, or start-up environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Skilled in HR operations (contracts, compliance, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Familiar with performance management systems (ideally Lattice or similar HRIS).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions.
  • Exposure to L&D program delivery.
  • Content/storytelling experience to support employer branding.
  • Knowledge of UK and UAE labour law and HR best practices.
  • Passionate about employee experience, culture, and sustainability.
