You will have a chance to;

  • Work closely with various teams and professionals across the organization
  • Gain hands-on experience in core P&C processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and development

  • Assist with data preparation, reporting, and analytics using MS Excel, Word, and other tools

  • Explore how AI tools can support and enhance P&C workflows

  • Develop your analytical thinking and attention to detail through active participation in reporting and documentation tasks

About the Ideal Candidate
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, psychology, human resources, or a related field from any university.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with experience in data reporting and analysis.
  • Analytical thinking, effective communication, a collaborative spirit, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Stay curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience
