The People Executive is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the

full people lifecycle — from attracting top talent to onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.

This role blends recruitment, employee relations, culture-building, and administrative support, with a strong

focus on creating a positive, organized, and people-first workplace. As a People Executive, you will play a

key role in building strong teams, supporting employee wellbeing, and ensuring smooth internal

operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Attraction & Recruitment

• Plan and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality

applicants.

• Build partnerships with universities, training centers, and external entities to attract top talent.

• Proactively headhunt and source candidates for open positions.

• Create engaging and clear job descriptions aligned with hiring needs.

• Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing and recruitment industry.

• Administer all hiring processes including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.

Internship & Early Talent Programs

• Manage internship programs including selection, induction, supervision, and handover processes.

• Coordinate with team leaders to ensure meaningful learning experiences for interns.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Suggest and implement new ideas to improve candidate and employee experience and engagement.

• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, and to discuss any concerns

or grievances.

• Organize internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate training programs and development workshops for employees.

HR Administration & Operations

• Provide administrative support for employee needs including IT coordination, paperwork, and internal

requests.

• Maintain accurate employee records including new hires, resignations, and internal movements.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

• Assist in updating internal policies and procedures when needed.

Cross-Functional Support & Internal Projects

• Support internal projects including collaboration with product and tech teams (e.g., app development

initiatives).

• Coordinate between departments to ensure people-related needs are addressed efficiently.

• Provide regular updates on staffing, hiring progress, and workforce changes.

Employer Branding & Social Media Presence

• Generate day-to-day content that exemplifies company culture and work life on LinkedIn.


• Enhance the career page and social media platforms with multimedia content, posts, and

endorsements to attract talent.

• Keep abreast of new trends across social media channels and employer branding practices.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, or a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with employees

and candidates.

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Highly passionate about people, culture, and creating a positive workplace environment.

• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
