We are looking for People experience executive to support the Fugistics business in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who has experience in Employee discipline, engagement activities, investigation and solid knowledge of Labor law.


People Experience Executive

  • Conduct Investigations & validate disciplinary actions and ensure trackers are up to date.
  • Implement engagement activities.
  • Track attendance
  • First point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Validate sick leaves with the company doctor and conduct regular visits for fugistics locations across 10th of Ramadan, Cairo & Giza.
  • Support in recruitment activities and any other relevant tasks relevant to the role


Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience of MS Excel, Google tools and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, Labor laws and regulations.
  • Detailed Oriented
