HR Team leader

Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

● Personnel Management: Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave balances, and employee requests. Address inquiries on HR policies.

● Payroll: Process monthly payroll, ensure tax compliance, and resolve payroll issues.

● Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with department heads, and maintain a talent pipeline.

● Performance Management: Support appraisals, track performance metrics, and assist in employee development plans.

● Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/monthly reports, maintain HR data, and provide analytics-driven insights for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

● Experience with HR Management Systems (HRM software).

● Strong written and spoken English skills.

● Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

● Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Certifications: HR Certificate or Diploma (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
