About Blue Dolly Moving

Blue Dolly Moving & storage is a fast-growing moving company based in Minneapolis. We specialize in full-service moving, packing, and storage. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our hiring, payroll, and claims processes.

This is a high-impact role that works directly with leadership and plays a key part in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Manage the full hiring process for new movers
  • Review applications and schedule interviews
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
  • Coordinate hiring and assist with onboarding new movers

Payroll

  • Track and verify crew hours
  • Run weekly payroll for movers
  • Resolve pay discrepancies and respond to employee questions

Claims Management

  • Manage customer damage claims from start to resolution
  • Communicate with customers and coordinate repairs or reimbursements
  • Track claims and ensure timely follow-up

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative, payroll, HR, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information
