People Operations Specialist
Payroll, Benefits & Onboarding | Multi-Client | Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to support small business clients in a multi-state outsourced environment. This role partners closely with the Director of People Operations to support core HR functions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and smooth delivery of People Ops services.
This is not a high-volume data entry role. This is a client-facing position requiring collaboration with our payroll, bookkeeping, HR, recruiting, and advisory teams.
You will ensure payroll is reviewed accurately before submission, onboarding documentation is complete before start dates, benefits are set up correctly, and compliance requirements are handled properly and on time.
If you love organized checklists, clean documentation, tight deadlines, and the satisfaction of catching errors before they become problems, this role may be your sweet spot.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
