About the Role:
We're hiring a proactive People Operations Specialist to manage and scale our remote and overseas teams. You'll own key processes like onboarding, performance reviews, and recruitment oversight to create smooth employee experiences and drive team success. The ideal candidate combines strong organization with empathy, accountability, and a knack for improving systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for overseas teams, including performance tracking, engagement, and remote support.
- Lead the recruitment team on open positions, pipelines, sourcing, and full-cycle hiring.
- Drive employee review cycles: timelines, templates, feedback collection, and action plans.
- Manage onboarding end-to-end—from pre-start checklists and first-week plans to check-in schedules.
- Conduct performance or policy conversations with clarity, empathy, and follow-through.
- Handle salary negotiations, offers, and internal equity within budget guidelines.
- Coordinate team-building and engagement activities for a global, remote workforce.
- Track all people data accurately (hires, roles, reviews) and propose process improvements for scale.
- Ensure managers and teams meet expectations, metrics, and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years in People Operations, Talent, or HR coordination, with hands-on hiring, onboarding, and reviews.
- Experience with remote/international teams and managing small recruitment functions.
- Strong at tough conversations, accountability, and process optimization.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and communication.
